Troubleshooting
Assets not appearing?
First, ensure you've uploaded assets to your kiosk via the dashboard. Then restart the kiosk app to force a sync of assets from the server.
Payment page not showing in the app?
Check that you've connected your Stripe account in the Payments settings page, and that you've enabled payments on the specific kiosk card in the Licenses page.
Kiosk not activating?
Double-check the license key matches exactly (it's case-sensitive). Ensure you have an internet connection.
Camera or printer not working?
Click the settings icon at the bottom-right of the kiosk app, then go to Preferences to select your preferred camera and printer. Run a test print from there to verify.
