By accessing or using Camora photobooth software and services provided by Bitstaq Pte Ltd ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
Camora provides photobooth kiosk software that enables you to operate unmanned photo booths with features including photo capture, QR code sharing, payment processing, and analytics. Our service is provided on a subscription basis.
You must create an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
Beta Pricing: During our beta period, subscriptions are offered at $49 per kiosk per month. This pricing is subject to change with notice.
Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Payment is processed through Stripe.
Refunds: During the beta period, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided. The significantly reduced beta pricing is offered in exchange for your acceptance of these terms.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
Subject to your payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our software for your internal business purposes. You may not sublicense, sell, or distribute the software to third parties.
You agree not to:
- Use our service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or decompile our software
- Circumvent any license verification or security measures
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use our service to store or transmit malicious content
- Interfere with or disrupt our services
You retain ownership of all photos and content captured using our software. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit this content solely for the purpose of providing our services. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents from individuals photographed.
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID BY YOU IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through our service. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
